In this paper, measured at the scene and based on the existing distribution of the frozen wall temperature field and the hydration heat release of concrete, shaft lining and frozen wall design theory, combining to frozen soil with thermal physical parameters and the impact of the shaft lining and the frozen wall temperature field of the thermal physical parameters, establish a rational simplified model using finite element analysis software ANSYS on the shaft lining temperature field and the frozen soil behind the shaft lining refreezing and thawing of the numerical simulation. First of all, in theory, under all conditions of temperature field of mathematical models and finite element analysis, provide a theoretical basis for numerical simulation. Secondly, the combination of Zhaoguyikuang mine measurement discuss the temperature of shaft wall, frozen wall displacement, the freezing of pressure, the shaft lining temperature and the temperature distribution of the frozen soil behind the shaft lining. Next, numerically simulates on the basis of monitoring temperature field of the shaft lining and the frozen soil behind shaft lining, under the conditions of different shaft lining thickness, different grade of concrete, different conservation environment of the well and different temperature of frozen wall, and obtain parameters about the maximum temperature of shaft lining, both inside and outside shaft lining largest temperature, the time of the shaft lining into the negative temperature, the thaw limits of the frozen soil behind shaft lining, the maximum temperature and the refreeze time of frozen wall, and with the measured were analyzed. Finally, in Zhaoguerkuang mine on the basis of numerical simulation of the Zhaoguyikuang mine was simulated application.Through combining actual measured and numerical simulation, the contrast analysis to the interaction in temperature field of the freezing wall and the shaft lining, obtain the various parameters of the shaft lining temperature field and the law of the frozen soil behind the shaft lining refreezing and thawing, and provides the reference for the deep alluvium shaft lining design, frozen wall design and construction of freezing method.
