It is clearly pointed out that increasing the exploration and development of oil and gas in the eleventh five-year plan. As the major project of the plan, the protection of ecology and environment of Puguang gasfield make a demonstration significance for the develop of gas in all northeastern Sichuan. Recovery and treatment of drilling solid wastes have become a main international topic, for its comprehensive objective of resource recovery, environmental protection and sustainable development.Establishing the network model optimization researeh of drilling solid wastes not only fits the sustainable development request and reaches a win-win result for economic development and environmental protection, but also reduce cost for the engineering unit. The target of this paper is to establish the network model optimization researeh of drilling solid wastes which based on the reversion logisties.The operation efficiency depends on the network structure of reverse logistics directly, so it is necessary to design a reasonable network for reverse logistics, that is, determining the structure of the whole network of reverse logisties which the discarded goods from the consume ground to product ground, including the type, quantity and location of logistics facilities. To developing unit, how to construction, programming and decision-making the reverse logistics is not only have important theories meaning, but also have the realistic meaning. However, the research on constructing network structure of reverse logistics is few in China.According to above-mentioned baekground, it introduces present research concept, classification and basic function of reverse logistics and explains the differences between reverse logistics and generic logistics to make it theonzation and systematization based scholars at home and abroad study about theories and practices of reverse logistics firstly. Finally, the network structure of reverse logistics in Puguang gasfield was researched and established.It used bilevel linear programming and integer nonlinear programming to model the constructing reverse logistics of the drilling solid wastes to ensure the type, location, quantity and operate-ability of the reverse logistics facilities. All above focuses on minimizing cost of facilities' fixed investment, treatment and transport. On the premise of ecological environment was not be influenced, the cost of old treatment network is 606.24 million yuan, on the other hand ,the new treatment network is 486.25 million yuan. Namely, the new network have had obviously economic, social and environmental benefits.All the above research on the network design and optimization not only give guide for Puguang's solid waste pollution control, but also can give some valuable suggestions for the develop of gasfield in Sichuan provice in the construction of reverse logisties systems and environmental protection.
