The XSP800-type taking-up and traversing machine is continuous extrusion machine equipment used in land line equipment, Continuous Extrusion Forming (CONFORM) production line is wire, To be able to squeeze from the Continuous Extrusion Forming equipment products produced by the timely appearance of the collection, the need for drawing and rolling equipment. At present, Dalian Union Trade GIECs Ltd. Co, Continuous Extrusion Forming (CONFORM) production line of the land supporting the use of cable equipment are purchased, the collection of cable equipment parameters and the structure of the host with the continuous extrusion parameters are relatively independent, with not very satisfactory.The XSP800-type taking-up and traversing machine is based on the TLJ300 type machine continuous extrusion production line and developed more suitable for extrusion production line-up of the actual needs of equipment.In this paper, based on the TLJ300 continuous extrusion equipment product features, combined with a variety of previous row by summing up the principles of line agencies on a more suitable for the TLJ300 continuous extrusion equipment emission line agencies, in accordance with the characteristics of cable body designed relatively short transmission chain drive system. According to specifications of the host range of products, applications received three options to adjust the equipment cable machine parameters, so as to solve the row-line equipment and the host with the problem of unsatisfactory.Applied throughout the design process in AutoCAD and Pro / ENGINEER software. AutoCAD application from the perspective of two-dimensional structure of the machine and drive system to do the detailed preliminary design of the structure. Application of Pro / ENGINEER for 3D modeling, so intuitive and simplify the design process and the institutions behind the finite element simulation and static analysis of three-dimensional work of laying the foundation. Designed to test the results of the use of simulation software, Pro / Mechanism of debt collecting agencies cable equipment to do simulation, the simulation takes into account gravity, friction and other factors on the actual impact of the whole body to the simulation close to the actual situation. Finally, Pro / E design of three-dimensional model into finite element analysis software ANSYS, cable equipment, combined with close working conditions specific to cable companies to static analysis, verification of emission line strength and stiffness of institutions is to meet the design requirements.Mechanism simulation and finite element analysis results show that the statics, the design work of XSP800-type taking-up and traversing equipment can meet the continuous extrusion production line the TLJ300 actual production.The results of this study could be model for other drawing and rolling machine's equipment collection to provide a reference design, as well as the results of simulation of the motion analysis process and dynamic analysis can also provide electrical control system for data reference.
