As the demand of product packaging shows significantly increase with the development of economic,people's demand for product packaging continues to grow,the gable-box packaging has become the main aspect of juice and dairy product packing craft.Imported gable-box packaging machines are structurally better designed,more efficient,and more durable with maintenance,while domestic independent research and development products remain further improvement.Based on the deficiency of the current box-making mechanism of gable-box packaging machines,this essay will focus on the box-making mechanism design and simulation analyzing of the main stations by the Kinematics and Finite Element Analysis,in order to improve the efficiency and reduce the cost.The main contents of the essay are as follows:On the basis of the technical demand for the box-making mechanism and the defect of the independently developed packaging mechanism,the main station to box-making(including mandrel,heater,box-molding,bottom sealing)are re-designed by the 3D molding through Sol id Works software.Through the Kinematics simulation analysis in ADAMS,the data diagram(including displacement,velocity,accelerated velocity,angle,angular velocity and angular acceleration)of main parts are obtained after importing the box-molding 3D model to ADAMS.The rationality of the box-molding structure design could be proved by analyzing the diagram data.Importing the built folding wings model to ANSYS for thermal analyzing.According to the obtained temperature nephogram of the PE membrane,the result shows that the PE membrane best heat-sealing temperature(115?)has been achieved when the external temperature is 325?.The mandrel FEM model has been established in the ANSYS utilizing the static mechanical analysis.As the presented nephograms of the stress,displacement and deformation comparison,the mandrel are optimized in the deformed section and become lightweight.This article shows that the gable-box packaging machine with designed box-making mechanism function meets the design requirement well,all the technical data and nephogram are presented and clarified clearly.Through this design and research,the aim of increase efficiency and cost reduction has been achieved.
