| Paper industry is an important industry relating to the national economy developments and social civilizations. The level of the paper making equipment plays a pivotal role in the development of the paper industry. Twin screw grinder is a latest machine of refining machine. It has the properties of simple structure, high refining, high efficiency, low running cost, little use of water and little pollution etc. These make it be paied widely attention.Twin screw grinder is a intermesh twin screw that rotates in the same direction. Conveyer system is the key sub-system of BIVIS, and it needs big torque and endures biggish shaft power. The restrict of small distance between axes, makes the design and manufacture of the conveyer units such as gears, shaft and bearings become more difficult.This paper focuses on the study of conveyer system for twin screw grinder. Base on the introduced and assessed about researching achievements both in home and abroad, the current situation and future development trend of the mechanical are presented. By analyzing the different kinds of reducer in use and refer to current research achievements as well as considering our practical design condition, a new structure of the transmission system for BIVIS is presented. The design idea of using the double circular tooth gear to substitute involute in transmission system of BIVIS is proposed. The performance parameters of the double circular tooth gear are designed and verified, and concludes that double circular tooth gear are outperform involute gear in the carrying capacity and structure size at the same diameter. Based on the feasibility analysis, the structure design about proposed reducer is completed. The 3D modeling, virtual design of the parts, virtual assemble and interference of the reducer are completed by using Unigraphics NX 4.0. The finite element analysis for the double circular tooth gear is fulfilled by using ANSYS 10.0. Compared with the involute gear, the contact intensity and bend intensity of double circular tooth gear are higher.The paper plays an important role in the design of the conveyer system of twin screw grinder and is a reference on design and study of the congener mechanics. |
