The mine hoist is important transport equipment during producing of the coal mine. Its electric driving and control devices are always a research focus in many countries' electric driving. Synchronous motor electric driving has as well as direct current in drive. It also has well capability on in loading,efficiency, volume, weight, in loading, efficiency, volume, weight, maintenance and so on. The harmonics of three-level inverter are less, and it is easy for three-level inverter to realize large capacity. Rectifer part and inverter part contruct the paper.Firstly, PWM rectifier's mathematic model, controlling strategy Based on this, building model by using Matlab,.And based on TMS320LF2407 DSP, the system's hardware and software are designed. This paper also studies the three-level inverter's topology, working principle, the neutral-potential unbalance mechanism and its controlling strategy, researched on the working principium of the three-level inverter.The last, this paper introduces constructs mathematic modele based on the Xad per-unit system. Then builde the simulation model of salient-pole synchronous motor which is based on the Xad per-unit systems. Last, air gap flux-oriented vector control is applied to mine hoist in this paper. Its principle, mathematic model and the design method of the system controller are researched. And the system simulation model is constructed based on the synchronous motor model and the three-level inverter.
