Winding rotor asynchronous motor is often used in mine hoist .There are some defects such as soft Mechanical properties, low governing performance, the performance of speed is not high and high power consumption shortcomings. For 6KV/10KV high voltage electrical control system, frequency control often is use to solve the step-less speed regulating in full speed range, but it can't be popularized with problem high voltage, components'voltage resistance and energy feedback. Because of the characteristics that winding rotor asynchronous motor rotor can plus control device, frequency control technology can be applied in the side of the rotor to realize low voltage speed regulating, meanwhile it can lower the technology complexity, enhance the reliability and effectively control hoist.To realize to hoist control, using the winding rotor asynchronous motor rotor can plus control device feature that will speed-regulate technology is applied to realize the rotor side, with low voltage converter adjustment, reduce the high voltage motor speed technical complexity, and enhance the reliability, and has the certain energy-saving effect. On the analysis of three-phase asynchronous motor the rotor frequency control method using doubly-fed speed regulation system, motor learning the mathematical model of the motor and the control strategy and three-phase Width Modulation (PWM) is proposed with research. Choose all-controlling device IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) composition of the voltage type double PWM inverter main circuit which is made up by AC/DC rectification module and DC/AC inverter models. These two parts are linked with energy-storage with DC bus, which can take different control strategy. Overall the hardware structure relatively simple and realize the two-way flow energy.For the system ,the net side PWM rectification transform, connected with inverter modules, with voltage, current double closed loop control technology to realize frequency converter constant voltage DC link exchanges, and ensure the input current and input voltage for phase with, so as to realize unit power factor Operation state. The other side transform inverter DC circuit voltage signals into frequency, phase and amplitude adjustable AC voltage according to sample signal with magnetic. Field-oriented vector control technology, which is added to the winding motor rotor side, realizing the rotor voltage/frequency can be tracked Simultaneous. So as to realize the motor torque control and the speed control. Simulation result proposed scheme, verified the feasibility and effectiveness.
