The Oil-gas Gathering and Transferring System is a complex multistage network system, occupying the dominant role in the investment of the oilfield surface construction. Oil-gas Gathering and Transferring runs mainly by means of the pipeline network system, composed of "pipe - Station". Oilfield Surface Pipeline Network planning scheme is a program and design of the surface system, which is based on the known underground development program to meet the production requirements mission. In the gathering and transferring pipeline network optimization study, the choice of pipeline network topological form is very important to directly determine the success of the whole optimization research. Most of these issues were solved by virtue of experience, which was bound to lead to waste, increase investment and reduce benefit. Therefore, transportation pipeline network system must be selected the optimization design that is more practical optimization theory, so it can effectively reduce the investment cost.With the object of surface gathering pipeline network which covers the range from oil well wellhead of metering rooms to the entrance oil transfer station, this paper arms at the minimum pipe distance, and determines the range and scale of metering rooms ,under the instatement of technological conditions about the determined oil well position and oil production, etc. The paper set up ring network topology optimization model based on optimization theory. The hybrid genetic algorithm is solved by use with the combination of Powell and genetic algorithm. Based on convenient and fast VB and powerful MATLAB software toolbox, it programs optimization software.Finally, According to the characteristics of Pubei oilfield, the seventh Daqing oil production factory, the databases are worked out. Through carrying on the actual situation of some oil transferring station, the reasonable scheme is given. Oilfield surface engineering better adapt to changes oilfield development. General layout and construction scale make more reasonable through adjusting topology optimization of loop pipe network optimization. It makes cost decreased.
