The possession and annual production of Numerical Control Machine (NC Machine) indicates the manufacture capability in any country. And NC System's development is the technical factor to hasten NC Machine's advancement. Although traditional NC system has achieved a more complex function, and has a certain precision, but the traditional NC system uses the dedicated computer system. It leads to implementation process being closed for users, the module function fixed, so users couldn't carry on the secondary developing on its platform, and different hardware and software being not compatible, all of which increase the user's investment risk and cost.In addition, modern CNC machine tools still rely on G&M code (ISO 6983) as an input control code, which contains only a motion and switch control information without any geometric information of parts. With the increasing popularity of the parametric curved face modeling in the industrial design, as well as the increasingly complex function of CAD/CAM software, the traditional CNC machining technology has been more and more difficult to adapt to process the increasingly complex geometric models of parts. Also, the G&M code existed systems are incompatible, programming and operation difficult, which are a major constraint on the modernization of production and the development of CNC technology itself. In view of the above questions, this paper proposes that it makes use of the open parameterized model to drive CNC machining system directly. The core idea is to integrate NC machining system with CAD/CAM system seamlessly, rather than using other studies mentioned in the form of data conversion. The thesis studies the concept and configuration of open architecture system systemically and completely; and makes design plan about the open architecture NC system's hardware configuration and software module.First, set up Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) mathematical model which controlled by the Open CNC system directly, introduce the voltage space vector pulse width modulation technology and give the corresponding algorithm implementation. On the base of the Field Oriented Control (FOC) theory of PMSM, establish the vector control model of PMSM in MATLAB for simulation, which provides a theoretical basis for the system's software programming, as well as provides a theoretical reference for the actual system results.Second, use TI's motor control-specific chip TMS320F2812 as the core treatment chip, complete the hardware design of servo motion control card with drive circuit and other related peripheral circuits. In this foundation, complete the system program design of the PMSM vector control algorithm, SVPWM wave generation, the interruption sampling of current, speed and the location in the CCS2 integrated development environment. And then, due to the software design, we adopt building block design. Use the secondary development of UG NX2 instrument module UG GRIP to extract machining path preserved as the basis for DSP control procedures. Illustrates the realization ideas of two-axis motion, and give the program flow chart. Complete part design of an Open CNC system interface. Finally, debug the experiments, apply the designed DSP-based servo control system to the AC servo motor-driven, regardless of the motor's speed control or position control, the effect is very ideal. The accuracy of CNC system controlling the X-Y table can be achieved±0.002mm. The experimental results have proved that the system has high reliability; short development cycle and high control precision, and achieve a certain degree of intelligence, which is useful for Open CNC system research and development in our country.
