Considering that the environmental accidents are various,emergent,uncertainty and bad, so we need to go deep in to the discussion and research about the environmental risk assessment. Because of the lack of basic material and the various methods and models by computing and deciding,uncertainties and unconfirmataries predicting consequences, so the Technical guidelines for environmental risk assessment on projects needs being improved, so it will be more comprehensive, detailed and operable.Base on the Technical guidelines for environmental risk assessment on projects , The research analyses the merits and shortcomings of methods of risk assessment. Referring to relating materials, we raise a new method of environmental risk assessment—comprehensive probability analysis. Take the project of chloro-alkaline industry of XnJang Tan Ye for example, we research the validity and feasibility of the method of comprehensive probability analysis in the example, and we conclude that the risk and risk value of environment can be acceptable.The new method of environmental risk assessment—comprehensive probability analysis, can provide references and conductions for the research and work on chemical projects.
