Research On Structure And Simulation Of The Fall Plate Jacquard Warp-knitted Fabric

Currently many CAD systems which are used to simulate Jacquard warp knitted fabrics have been developed quite mature abroad. Such systems have been widely accepted and put into use in developed countries in textile industry. As recent years by the growing number of domestic factories producting jacquard warp knitted fabric, various factories has started to enlarge the design of jacquard warp knitted fabric, needed to this kind of CAD system to design, but only few part of lager scale, stronger financial background companies have the ability to purchase foreign CAD system, majority of domestic small and medium enterprise only hope China-made CAD system. Therefore, the simulation research on fall plate jacquard warp knitted fabric will be of great value. This study is set on a background of above-mentioned circumstances.Based on the warp knitting knowledge, taking computer graphics and programming techniques as tools, multidisciplinary application is also involving in this paper.The paper deeply analyses the structure of fall plate jacquard warp knitted fabric, gets the fabric appearance character as well as influencing parameters of it; the paper does research on correlative mathematical models for simulation of this kind of fabric, set up the loop simulation model of fall plate jacquard fabric and offset the influence factors of displacement, then summarized the discipline of displacement; in addition, the paper also has a deeply analysis for four-needle new technology, really achieve the simulation of curtains with a rough style. Finally, the paper design the CAD system of fall plate warp knitted fabric, and use computer programming language VC++.NET 2003, realized the simulation system, and has some effect.The paper presents that computer technology and textile technology can be combined perfectly; which will solve the problems of development of simulation of the fall plate jacquard warp knitted fabric.
