Research On Structure And Simulation Of The Fall Plate Jacquard Warp-knitted Fabric

Warp-knitted specialty knowledge is the foundation of the thesis,and the computer graph subject and the computer programme technology is the tool of the thesis,the thesis researchs on structure and simulation of the fall plate jacquard warp-knitted fabric.During the study, the warp knitting knowledge is the basic, computer graphics and programming techniques are tools, multidisciplinary application is a key to complete the study. Firstly, the thesis introduces the application of fabric simulation and development of stitch forming jacquard warp-knitted fabric briefly, meanwhile, it also gives some introduction about state of correlative research and development, points out the sense, aim and content of the study. Then, the thesis analyses the constructions of the stitch forming jacquard warp-knitted fabric,on the whole,it analyses the construction of jacquard and ground forming, gets the fabric appearance character as well as influencing parameters of it. The thesis does research on correlative yarn and loop mathematical models for simulation of this kind of fabric. At last, the thesis designs the software which is used to simulate the fall plate jacquard warp-knitted fabric, and develops it with programming tool——VC++ 6.0, realizes the simulation of this kind of fabric, and gets some effect.As a whole,as the thesis researchs on the construction of the fabric and the models for simulation,the simulation system software is realized,which the simulation effect is very vivid,in the course of the simulation,the factors which influence the simulation effect include the yarn model,the loop model,the construction of the whole fabric excursion and so on,the thesis chiefly researchs on the yarn simulation and the loop simulation,the yarn simulation ang the loop simulation model which is set up is very novel,it makes the simulation very real.In the end,the thesis uses the binary system file to open and save the pattern data.
