In recent years, the rapid development of automobile industry put forward higher requirements for stamping equipment. But heavy-duty CNC technology has been dominated by few manufacturers on abroad. Because of technology gaps,transfer presses that automobile manufacturers are using in domestic all rely on imports.In order to shake off the shackles of foreign technology monopoly and to adapt to new demands of market development,and so as to revitalize national industry, it is absolutely necessary to develop large transfer press with independent intellectual property rights.In this paper, three-dimensional modeling of main structure of TL4S-2500-MB CNC transfer press is established and finite element analysis of main structure is done. The structure reliability of key parts of the press and the accuracy of six-bar linkage are analyzed.The press's main structure is introduced,and three-dimensional model is established, and finite element analysis of main structure of the structural is done.When partial loading, the maximum stress of body is 66.396 Mpa and the total deformation is 0.61306 mm, the maximum stress of assembly of rod and slider is 122.39 Mpa and the total deformation is 1.323 mm, inclination of slide is 0.2805 mm. The results show that strength, stiffness and capacity of anti-bias of body and other main components meet requirements.The finite element and structural reliability are combined. Structural reliability analysis of key parts bearing larger force is done. The reliability of tighten bolts and pin are 87.4% and 89.4% in rated working conditions. The impact of uncertain input parameter on the results is got.The accuracy of six-bar mechanism is analyzed and corresponding solutions are presented according to the error characteristics. The simulation include two aspects,one is the size error of linkage,the other one is pair clearances. Simulation results show that relationship between single rod size error and the dead point position error of the slider is linear, of which the greatest impact is crank length, impact factor is 0.021. The dead point position error of the slider increased with the increasment of pair clearances.Compared with the ideal mechanism, the movement of mechanism having pair clearances is not smooth.
