Transparent ceramics materials has been of great concern to researchers since its inception and studies on performance and new ceramic have made great development. However, there are still many problems in the specific application and production. First, increasing global competition, growth of product scale, diversity and individuality of market needs lead to the production characteristics of diversification, technological sophistication and structural complexity; Secondly, the existing debugging cycle of transparent ceramic process is long, the stability is not good, anti-interference ability is poor and effective detection and performance analysis are absent; Besides, automation of ceramic tube manufacturers is low-level, the quality of personnel is not strong and preventive quality control has not been applied effectively.Based on a cooperative project with a ceramic tube company, this dissertation is entitled as "Study and Development on Quality Information System oriented to Alumina Ceramic Tube Production" and discusses the background, theories, key technologies, system architecture and application development and implementation.The whole dissertation includes six chapters:Chapter one begins with the overview of Quality Information System (QIS) after illustrating the background and significance of QIS, the research status and developing trend. Then introduce the necessity of the research. At last, discuss the aim and main content of this dissertation.Chapter two conducts requirements analysis of quality business and system functional analysis and design by combining abstract business processes and systems design based on the the study of ceramic manufacturing process.Chapter three studies key technologies related to the quality information systems for the core issues in the system. It includes batch encoding, quality traceability management and so on.Chapter four discusses quality analysis and decision-making technology research based on the quality information systems. It includes decision-making modeling of the ceramic tube production using of CART decision tree, consistency laws that exist in the vast amounts of quality data to support production quality decision-making and so on.Chapter five studies development and implementation of the quality information system. Following the concept of software engineering, conduct the design, development and applications using rapid prototyping model and modular development method.Finally, Chapter six makes a conclusion of the whole dissertation and puts forward the future research in this field. |
