The shield support is preferred support equipment in high-yield face, the equilibrium jack is the key component which can adjust the attitude of the shield support,but in actual use, the problem of the equilibrium jack cannot play its due role in the normal has not been effectively resolved.This paper detailed analysis the cause of the equilibrium jack damage, and proposed solutions from the angle of hydraulic circuit, provide a reference to solve the problem of the equilibrium jack cannot play its due role in the normal.This paper derived method of calculation to the journey of Balanced jack, maximum thrust and pull,maintain torque and selection of safety valve on the basis of kinematics and mechanics analysis. Provide a reference to design and selection the equilibrium jack of the shield support.This paper through programming CZNLQ.M with MATLAB to simulation the feasibility of the two-cavity automatic infusion control loop. Get four curve of the shield support carrying capacity area which in rated condition,piston chamber without liquid condition, piston rod chamber without liquid condition and auto-infusion condition. Simulation results show that the two-cavity automatic infusion control loop can increased stent zone width and area of the primary balance of support,and can ensure the equilibrium jack filled with fluid in two cavity before the top beam deflection occurred. So that the external stent to enhance adaptability to changes in load carrying capacity increases.This paper establish three simulation mode which float reversible lock valve control loop, two position two-way of liquid control valve loop and builtin high pressure relief valve control loop use software of AMESim to simulate contract with the original hydraulic circuit. Simulation results show that three hydraulic circuit can solve the problem of the equilibrium jack safety valve frequent to open in practice with the column rises. Also be able to allay rigid triangular relationship in the top beam,the cover beam and the equilibrium jack at the same time.This paper establish simulation model of two-way hydraulic lock with AMESim/HCD.and research the performance of two-way hydraulic lock in three areas which area ratio of hydraulic lock, cylinder ratio and input singal. Simulation results show that cylinder ratio is key factors which can affect normal operation of hydraulic lock,the necessary condition of two-way hydraulic lock unlock is N >φ;Simulation of the pressure lock in AMESim in the condition of N =2, N =3, N =4, simulation results show that increase the cylinder ratio, unlocking pressure increase; input signal does not affect the pressure characteristics of two-way hydraulic lock,but affect the frequency.
