Float hoop and shoe is a special element in cementing operatiou.(?)bottom slurry backflow in the process of the casing down,which is make the casing go down smoothly in the well.Float collar float shoe making the cementing operations become more secure and reliable.Due to the special role of the float collar and float shoe,we are need pressure test device to test the compressive strength and the sealing,which is ensure reliability of the float collar and float shoe products.Studying on the improvement of the pressure test device structure is want to meet the reverse pressure test requirements of different size of float collar and float shoe and overcome the problems result from pressure testing under high pressure.The composition of float collar and float shoe pressure test device system is(?)nly include mechanical,hydraulic device,hydraulic drives,control device.The booy of machine is composed by bearing frame,screw,gear transmission,T shaped groove inclined clamping mechanism,radial circumferential sealing mechanism,transmitting mechanism etc.In order to meet the pressure test process,all the parts of the pressure test device are work coordinately so that it can efficient auto-complete the tasks of the float collar float shoe pressure test.The abdomen vacant structure is used in the overall layout of the pressure test equipment.In order to improve the reliability of the pressure test equipment,the load-bearing structure of the symmetric closure frame is designed in this paper.The position of specimen is placed in the device and force size under pressure testing as a starting point.The structural parameters of the screw drive of the bearing body were determined by the stress analysis calculations.We make an analysis for the scheme of clamping structure and the mechanical modeling of structure under operating condition.It makes the mission of gear drive clearly to complete the design and the analysis of check of the gear structure.According to the characteristics of the hydrostatic pressure test and the sealing ways,the design of structure of the sealing head,seal,the positioning element,extension tube,draft tube and the exhaust valve has been finished.In case of the main structure has been designed,so as to carry on the design of structure of the load frame,gear box and related auxiliary mechanism.In accordance with the pressure test equipment layout and the specimen structure itself and the need for pressure test the transfer station is designed into transmission channel of tilt angle of 2*.In order to shorten the test cycle and reducing the structure of space,the ways of the structure of the scissors link is driven by hydraulic cylinder,which is used to the lifting and telescopic platform.Because the pressure test value of the pressure test device is larger,so the structure of sealing and reaction force needs the higher compressive strength.We make an analysis of the finite element of the sealing mechanism and the baffle structure base on ANSYS software.
