The thesis focus on the study of patterns superposition features, configuration requirements of organization structure and processing methods for various patterns double-faced jacquard fabric, by the theoretical study such as the fabric's organization structure, jacquard weaving and jacquard technology. Various patterns double-faced jacquard fabric is the complex unit by two independent reverse patterns, and the overlap number equals to the product of level number in front and back side. in order to realize the various patterns double-faced jacquard, it's necessary for the yarn systems being deployed by no less than two groups yarns, it also means double-or multi-organizational structure is a must. There are two methods using jacquard CAD to process the jacquard of various patterns double-faced jacquard fabric, superposition before disposition or disposition before superposition, both has its advantages and disadvantages in different application.2. Exploratory study on the disposition of binding for various patterns double-faced jacquard fabric, by using method of theoretical analysis and sample authentication. Various patterns double-faced jacquard fabric can be bound by complete binding or partial binding. For complete binding, if the base of fabrics A and B required as not revealed to each other, the binding methodology and binding point disposition must follow the right disposition process, to ensure all the binding points covered by the same group yarn. If the binding methodology and binding points is of randomly disposition, it will result the binding points revealed and patterned shown to each other, comes to the effect so called as hidden pattern. Partial binding can result obvious outline at binding points on the fabric, which is limited in pattern design and production application, and therefore should be contrapuntally selected in product development.3. Exploratory study on the technical implementation of various patterns double-faced jacquard fabric in textile product development, make analysis on the requirement in pattern and type design for different products, while provide change methods in assortment. The technology of various patterns double-faced jacquard can be used in the edging of high price clothes, curtains, tablecloth, bedspread, folding screen fabric, craft fabrics, etc. The pattern design and fabric structure deployment for cloth edging of various patterns double-faced jacquard fabric is quite suitable for contrast design. The design methodology could be same or different for double-faced embroidery fabrics, while fabrication processing should deploy superposition before disposition. In the color processing, different colors selection for patterns and basements of A, B surface patterns must be taken into account, so as to avoid color information lost after patterns combination. As to the A, B sides with multiple pattern levels, larger number of superimposed also means the bigger corresponding weave numbers. So when draw and save the organization, more attention required to create the easy identified organization name, avoiding errors happened in the laying and calling of the organization.
