| Various patterns double-faced jacquard scarf is a special form of double vision effect of jacquard fabric,the face and back sides of the fabric being independent of each other.It included two types.One is double-faced jacquard fabric with same patterns,and the other one is double-faced jacquard fabric with different patterns on the face and back sides.The first is used widely,but the last is less used in the textile filed.But the designing and development technology is still immature.And the product can't be designed independently by most companies.According to the structure characteristic of double-faced jacquard fabric,it is must be produced that is a soft and comfortable fabric with entirely exquisite patterns on the face and back sides.The goal of the topic is to produce various patterns double-faced jacquard fabric with a good performance using new type of cellulose fiber.Firstly,according to the appearance characteristics of various patterns double-faced jacquard fabric,what is often used weave is identified as the object of research,including original twill weave,strengthening twill weave,original satin weave and strengthening satin weave on the face and back sides.Under the condition of starting point unchanged,a mathematical modal is established by the principle analysis of the starting point for the weave on the back sides and the starting point for the binding weave,and the mathematical modal is verified to be correct.Moreover,The design of binding double-weave is the key of texture design,including the designing of weave on the face and back sides,the binding weave.Although the binding double-fabric can be designed by the CAD software,using the synthesis and decomposition function,the starting point for the weave on the back side need to be moved repeatedly until getting the reasonable weave point.The research of the binding principle provides a theoretical support for the design of the weave of various patterns double-faced jacquard scarf,and improve the efficiency of fabric design.Then,the research focused on the design principle of various patterns double-faced jacquardscarf.Based on the care manufacture process of various patterns double-faced jacquard fabric,there are four processes focused including analyzing pattern design,pattern superposition,handing of pattern grid's and designing of structure etc.Contrasting to the appearance of the fabric by different care manufacture process,the problems and terms of settlements are provided.The sample is made of 80s/2 polyester / cotton blended yarn.With the design and analysis of actual sample,it's more intuitive to verify the effect of the design process of various patterns double-faced jacquard scarf on the appearance and performance.In order to get scarf fabric with good performance, if appearance characteristics are satisfied, the single factor design plan and orthogonal design plan are connected to get the optimal combination pf process parameters on the basis of the material preference.The goal of the single factor test is to decide the range of weft density.The fabric performances of thickness,pilling and draping are tested,and the range of density are decided by contrasting the index.Based on the single factor design plan,the orthogonal experiment is established including three following factors including three levels.The sample properties are tested such as the thickness, weight per square meter, the anti-filling tendency,wrinkle recovery and draping property and then the influence factors were analyzed. Through the extreme difference analysis,variance analysis and the comprehensive analysis,the orthogonal experiment results showed that the optimal produce are the weft density which is 38 picks/cm,the binding double-weave which is eight strengthen satin weave and the weft material which is JC/Modal(50/50).Through the study of the fabric appearance and properties,the result showed that the woven various patterns double-faced jacquard fabric had optimal properties. |
