| This paper mainly studies and discusses the importance of jacquard information in the process of designing color jacquard and the method of adding fabric structures to the jacquard information. Basically speaking, it clarifies a feasible method of adding fabric structures which has little color influence of color jacquard. And the method is verified by both the computer simulation experiment and the real machine weaving experiment.Therefore, the main contents of this thesis are as follows:1)Research on the relationship between the jacquard information and the fabric color.Firstly, based on the technological process of jacquard, the thesis analyses the importance of fabric as a bond in the technological process in details, and it introduces the necessity of fabric structures in the weaving process. Then according to the principle of people’s eye color mixture in physiological theory, it studies and analyses the influence on fabric color exerted by changing the organizational points of fabric. Finally, in relation to a few different pictures, the computer simulation experiment is conducted and analyzed, which shows the advantages and disadvantages of changing the fabric points of the jacquard information directly.2) Study of the method of adding fabric structures to the color jacquard. According to the studies of the relationship between the jacquard information and the fabric color, the thesis proposes suggestions on how to optimize and improve the method of modified the organizational points of fabric information directly. On the one hand, the thesis studies how to reduce the possibilities of changing the color of images by reducing the region of organizational points needed changing. On the other hand, according to the deformation structure of the traditional organizational structure, it studies how to meet the feasibilityof machine weaving in order to make up the deficiency of the method aiming at directly changing the organizational points of the jacquard information. And finally a more practical way to add organizational structures to the jacquard information is put forward.And it is verified and analyzed through experiments.3) Comprehensive application of the theoretical research results and real machine weaving. Based on the research contents of this thesis, meeting the technological requirements of jacquard design, a system software of color jacquard techniques is designed and developed, based on which the jacquard is designed for physical weaving. |
