Water is the source of life.Drinking water is the basic need for all the human beings,many countries in the world is facing the crisis of water resources.In the 20th century,the world's population has increased two times,and the quantity of the water people consumed has grown up to five times,which affects the human beings and environment greatly.Currently one fifth of the world's population has the drinking water without safety.Furthermore,three billion people lack of sanitation,which leads to three million or four million people die of the disease caused by water problem.While in our country,one forth of the population have the water which can't reach the standard of drinking water required that makes our situation of drinking water quite emergent. The quality of water in our nation takes on a worse and worse trend,and the issue on security of water environment becomes more and more obvious.Similarly serious water pollution,the unscientific partition of water resources region and present monitoring station's faultiness are problems for us to settle down.Ourleaders have promulgated several laws to guarantee the safety of drinking water.Also they take great importance on this issue.For instance,some terms appeared in certain law mention that:programming the resources of drinking water logically and scientifically,and to strengthen the management of wastewater discharge into main rivers and lakes.Also attaching most importance to father drinking water security,in order to enhance the prevention and cure of water pollution,and prohibit the injurant into the protect region of water resources.Above all,the protection and prevention of pollution for drinking water source area is directly relates the development of national economy and the health of people.Controlling the Pollution of drinking water source area and improving the water quality have become an great event that whole nation concerns.Firstly,this article reviewed the domestic and foreign research progress of environmental assessment and environmental protection game about drinking water source area.Then it summarized the present situation as well as the existed question of our country's drinking water source area.On the basis of this,it introduced that the main content of this article is environmental status analysis,environmental status assessment,risk assessment and management game research of drinking water source area of Jilin province.This paper is mainly composed of three parts.The first part is the first two chapters ,which introduced the main topics of this background,research of the status quo at home and abroad,natural environment and social economy survey. Part II is divided into three,four,five chapters,mainly on the environmental status of Jilin province drinking water source area,evaluating the water quality status about these drinking water source areas,fuzzy methometics and analytic hierarchy process were used detailedly in the course of environmental risk assessment about water source area. Part III is divided into six and seven chapters,mainly on management game for drinking water source area and conclusion, prospect the next step of research.The emphasis of this text is environmental risk assessment of drinking water source area of Jilin province. Analysis Hierarchy Process(AHP method) is adopted to determine the weight of each evaluating index .The rating criterion of each basic index is classified,each basic index is classified into five grades,the security status of each index was expressed by their degree of membership belonging to each security grade,and the fuzzy synthetic judgement model is chosed as the evaluation model. The advantages of the method lie in that it not only takes into consideration the fuzziness of the assessment process,but also reflects the overall security statuses of the indicators at various hierarchies .The comprehensive assessment of Shitoukoumen reservoir shows that its overall security grade is middle. From the process and findings of the assessment of Shitoukoumen reservoir we may conelude that the method established is practical,comprehensive,and accurate.The findings are significant for the management and protection of drinking water source area.The purpose of the article is to summarize the questions and shortage and put forward the management game in the ptotection of drinking water sourcethrough the assessment and analysis of drinking water source.These management games include populltion prevention game,management policy system perfect suggestion,technique security system perfect suggestion,control and early-warning bill,environmental security early-warning bill and risk mansgement bill for water source area.We knowed the basic environmental status of drinking water source area through the introduction of this paper,and fuzzy methometics and analytic hierarchy process were used detailedly in the course of environmental risk assessment about water source area.This paper plays an important role in studying protection countermeasures system of surface water resources for drinking,and the managements,protection of drinking water.
