In recent years, frequent occurrence of extreme weather, natural disasters, aggravated countries increasing environmental awareness, environmental pollution and effective governance to be of great concern, electrostatic precipitator as a metallurgical and other industrial production enterprises the primary means to prevent the dust pollution in order to its unique advantages to the rapid development of widely used.DCS is a use of computer technology to the production process centralized monitoring, operation, management, and decentralized control of a new type of control technology. It enables centralized management of modern enterprise in order to process a variety of production processes and improve productivity, to achieve centralized information and operations management to control scattered targets. This issue, the DCS control with the control room instead of the traditional dish mounted instrument to achieve a high and low voltage power supply and on-site focused on a variety of instrumentation to monitor and control small-scale DCS system. The system configuration is reasonable, human-computer dialogue and its convenient and reliable and has high performance and low cost and good maintainability. High-voltage power supply and control device performance is to determine the merits of an important factor in the efficiency of electrostatic precipitator, the topic for the characteristics of cement kiln flue gas composition, citing a new type of constant-current DC power source of high-voltage power supply is most effectively improve the secondary voltage and current operating levels, thereby raising the rate of dust collection.In this paper, the system transformation process of the DCS as well as the constant-current high-voltage DC power applied research and discussions demonstrated the reasonableness of the system design, reliability and implemented by a certain advanced.
