For a long time,the water quality and quantity can not be guaranteed of the Weihe River in guanzhong,and seriously undermined the of production and daily life and ecological environment of the Weihe River in Guanzhong, It belongs to resource shortage and water pollution is serious, it can not to solve the serious pollution problem just depend on reducing the source of pollution.In fact,the water shortage has becoming to the core of the water pollution and water environmental deterioration,that has become a serious scourge for the sustainable development of Guan zhong segment of Weihe River.Weihe River are seriously polluted and resource shortage, the main pollutants such as chemical oxygen demand(COD) and ammonia nitrogen.We will based on the water quality and quantity's data and to consider inter-basin transfer water.Off from the protect the requirements of water quality and quantity of Guan zhong segment of Weihe River for goal,from the simple control water quantity to over all consideration water quality and quantity,from the view of simple service of production and daily life to the view of improve water environment, comprehensive research of water quality and quantity of Weihe River in guanzhong in the theory, methods, models, and other areas,and then to propose the corresponding model of water quality and quantity,services for the water quality improvement and ecological restoration of Weihe River.The thesis simulated the water quality changes along the way of the Weihe River with 13 consecutive sections in Shaanxi Province, Through the one-dimensional water quality model were calculated the changes of the Weihe river's COD and NH3-N in different cases of sewage,inter-basin transfer water,different discharge requirement and the future year,which describing the flood period,normal period and dry period,we can clearly knowing the water quality of the Weihe River changes What is caused by the the water quantity and the sewage,and then we can get the corresponding relationship between water quality and quantity of the Weihe River.The thesis analyzes the different factors on the water quality of the Weihe River,Which including living sewage, industrial sewage, inter-basin transfer water and rainfall, therefore, a rising living and industrial sewage are the main reasons leading to deterioration of water quality of Weihe River, and the thesis considered the impacting by the missing pollutants(including sediment release, rainfall and evaporation), and then simplified and segmented the Weihe River. According to the theory the water quality model, calculated the vertical diffusion coefficient and attenuation. At the same time collected and sorted out the Water quality datas of the 2006 in the flood period,normal period and dry period. we can see that the water quality of Weihe River in Baoji section isâ…¢toâ…£class, status of water quality in most other sections are V class.Through a long series of hydrological data analysis and calculated the changing of the water quantity in the year, In the establishment of one-dimensional model based on water quality and quantity in Weihe River, Quantitative calculated the water quality changes with the water quantity in the years of flood, normal and dry period. We can see that, In addition to P=95% of the year, other representatives of the flood period of the water quality is basically to achieve theâ…¤class, even at P=20% of the representatives of the flood period of the water quality is basically to achieve theâ…¡class.In the calculation of the inter-basin transfer water is impact on the water quality of Weihe River, we can see that the water quantity of the inter-basin transfer water are not playing a tremendous role in the improvement of water quality in the flood period of the raing year,but in the dry period of the raing year, in the normal and dry period of the normal and the dry year that will play an important role, especially in the dry period. Also the thesis calculated the corresponding relationship between water quality and quantity of the Weihe River under the first and second discharge requirement in the different period. According to the Water discharge of the future year 2020, analysis and forecast the corresponding relationship between Weihe River's water quality and water discharge of the future year. That will provide the basis for the water quality improvement with the water quantity.
