| High-speed cold beating technology take advantage of metal forming characteristics,use the tool of high-speed movement for the work-piece to force the metal flow and combat forming,which is a method of near-net shape processing. Cold beating lead screw plays the role of high-speed relative motion in the way of high-speed blowing shaft blanks,so that local plastic deformation forms a non-chip metal forming technique.This paper researchs the relation of motion and forming process between movement and metal deformation,forming a non-chip high efficiency and high-quality green manufacturing technology.The paper analyzes two kinds of screw cold forming method based on workspeed.The lead screw motor system and geometric models are established to analysis the geometric models,including the principle of screw beating and sport relations, different forms of forming process and movement characteristics.Establishing the tool and workpiece relationship by the transmission, a basis of the tools to work part of the structure,which is given mathematical expression profiles of the tools.Using finite element analysis software of ABAQUS,screw cold-beating campaign establishs three-dimensional solid model to simulate the forming process for obtaining screw forming process at different moments.The analysis of stress and strain with time process as well as the friction of the screw effects. change rules Simulation analysis the lead screw to fight the metal flow process of the state,which has been formed different points metal flow and deformation characteristics. Stress-wave theory is established to fight the process of cold stress wave model,for obtaining the stress wave velocity and different speeds attacking force in order to reveal the mechanism of cold beating,Based on modal analysis method,finite element model of screw analysis is established,simulation researchs the vibration characteristics of the lead screw,receiving ten orders of modal frequency and mode shape,which plays the cold forming equipment and process parameters to avoid the vibration of the forming process.Two kinds of screw cold beating experiment devices are designed by copper and aluminum as work-piece material.Test specimens for forming structural shapes and sizes,research the microstructure state in the forming part and metal flow,obtain the theoretical simulation of more consistent experimente results,indicating high-speed cold forming technology can achieve good near-net machining. |
