The main function of continuous casting machine vibrating device is to make mould move outswinger with given amplitude, frequency and waveform partial slope.Its purpose is to facilitate demoulding and prevent adhesion and out-breaking cases in slab and mould copper wall binding during solidification process.This article discusses the characteristics of existing continuous casting machine vibrating device,according to a new kind of hydraulic oscillation(electrical-hydraulic stepping cylinder+PWM digital control software platform).On the analysis of the existing electro-hydraulic step cylinder on the basis of the principle and characteristics,we introduce mould oscillation electro-hydraulic step cylinder structure scheme and discusses its advantages.According to the characteristics of mould oscillation electro-hydraulic step cylinder structure(symmetrical valve controlled asymmetrical cylinder)redefine the flow and the pressure of the load appropriately which is different from the definition of traditional valve-control cylinder system,and bring up optimal design with least energy.A new parameter of clustering(active area of hydraulic cylinder A1and max flux for servo valve QM)is proposed by use of analytics and waveform parameter of non sinusoidal oscillation of continuous casting mold in actual production.Then on the built-in servo valve.This paper sets-up the mathematic model of mold oscillation electrical-hydraulic stepping cylinder, built based nonlinear numerical simulation model on Matlab/simulink software simulated it separately in the different vibration parameters with sinusoidal and non-sinusoidal oscillation wave shape.Simulation results show that this mold oscillation electrical-hydraulic stepping cylinder have better dynamic characteristics and stability.vibration waveform tracking accuracy and meet the technological parameter for mold oscillation.In addition,the change of system parameters impact on its dynamic characteristics are also simulated and analyzed.The prototype testing of this electrical-hydraulic stepping cylinder is made on the experimental system.Analyse by experiment data,the performance criteria can meet the demand of requirements and agree well with the results of simulation analysis.
