In this thesis, C10H20O2 and C12H24O2 mixed according to the mass percent 66:34 wereused as phase change materials, and composited with SiO2 to prepare PCM/SiO2 phasechange thermal storage composite material. We chose plasterboard as basic carrier, adopteddipping-method and directly-entrance-method to prepare phase change plasterboard, andanalyzed its properties.PCM/SiO2 phase change thermal storage composite material was prepared by Sol-Gelmethod. From this study, we found that when the content was greater than 30%, the reactioncan't form sol, so 27.1% was considered the best content. From XRD and IR analysis, weknew the relationship between SiO2 and PCM was just simple composite, no new materialproduced. Through SEM analysis, We found that phase change composite material hadporous structure. Through DSC analysis, We found that Phase change composite material hadsuitable phase change temperatures, and their phase change enthalpies were bigger withadding content, were essentially equal to phase change material's enthalpy. The maximum absorption of PCM in phase change plasterboard made bydipping-method was 30.778g/cm3, when added to 2% sodium stearate as surfactant, theabsorption increased to 48.505g/cm3, and its thermal storage would be more effective. After100 thermal cycles, the loss of phase change plasterboard was 6%, PCM was easy to exude, itindicated that the endurance quality of phase change plasterboard made by dipping-methodwas not good.We prepared phase change plasterboard by directly-entrance-method and explored therelationship between the content of phase change composite material and compressivestrength. The result showed that compressive strength would decrease with increased phasechange composite material. When the content was 15%, the compressive strength of phasechange plasterboard was 1.250MPa. Through DSC analysis, We found that its phase changetemperature was 20.27℃, and phase change enthalpy was 9.52J/g, so it had a better thermalstorage property.
