In recent years, along with the social economy development, pollution problem becomes more and more serious. Due to complicated composition, water ink color, high organic matter content high, biodegradable etc,has become one of the pollution problem concern. Therefore developed efficient ink wastewater treatment process, we are the important environmental challenges.In this paper, ink factory, the daily production wastewater verified coagulation sedimentation-hydrolysis acidification-BIOFOR combined process the possibility and feasibility of wastewater.Coagulation sedimentation is a kind of common physical and chemical processing technology, through the test of ferrous sulfate as found in using coagulant, PAM as a coagulant in adjust pH to 10 cases, treatment of wastewater, the ink has good effect, not only can remove the suspended solid of ink wastewater, and very good part organic contimuous bleaching. When the ferrous sulfate dosing quantity to 2g/L, coagulation sedimentation chroma, high efficiency can be 93.12% for 22.11% COD removal.Hydrolysis acidification in treating of refractory organics, biochemical high industrial wastewater. Using organic decomposition of anaerobic fermentation of hydrolysis, characteristics of certain stages, refractory organic molecules into the small molecules to microbial degradation of organic matter, thus improving the wastewater biochemical treatment for subsequent aerobic, create favorable conditions. When the hydrolysis acidification water retention time for 24 h strength, wastewater by 550mg/L COD to 256mg/L, chroma of 150 times to 100 times.BIOFOR filter is a domestic popular, technology is mature aerobic biological membrane reactor. In 48d continuous operation time, BIOFOR pool effect very stable,COD removal in 70%~80%, the chroma removal in 60% small fluctuations. COD, SS,chroma water can reach the integrated wastewater discharge standard(GB8978-1996)the level of emissions standards.Coagulation sedimentation-hydrolysis acidification-BIOFOR combined process can satisfy plant needs, solve the original wastewater treatment facilities effluent substandard problems, according to proper treatment facilities, add some structures and equipment, can realize the stable operation and discharging standard, and running costs less than the original.
