A cattle wastewater in Harbin has high COD concentration, suspended solids volume and other characteristics of a typical high concentration organic wastewater, This topic let the cattle farm wastewater as the research object, designed to determine the effective low-energy treatment processes and their associated parameters. Wastewater treatment methods for cattle, mostly are anaerobic-aerobic treatment without hydrolytic acidification, although cattle biodegradability is good, but since the COD concentration caused by excessive water is not very good, but can be effective hydrolysis acidification improve the biodegradability of the effluent COD reduced. Through a lot of reading and foreign literature, this study coagulation sedimentation-hydrolytic acidification- two stage SBR wastewater treatment process cattle. The process has a start-up period is short, flexible operation, its hydrolysis acidification unit can improve the biodegradability of wastewater, SBR process can suitably change waste water quantity and quality, so that the processing system has a strong impact load capacity. In this study, PAC, Al2(SO4) 3 three coagulations are studied to do the cattle wastewater treatment experiments, and find that Fe Cl3 has the best treatment effect. When dosage is 4m L/L, sedimentation time is 20 min, the average COD removal rate is 53.95%, the average SS removal rate is 62.74%.Hydrolysis acidification reactor has stable treatment effect after 30 days’ domestication. Based on the indexes changes with HRT, COD and SS removal rate gradually increased with the extension of HRT, when HRT = 16 h, the rate tends to be stable. Effluent COD removal rate is 32.14%, SS removal rate is 75.2% at 12 h. When HRT=16h, reactor effluent acidification rate reaches the highest value of 19.1%, the effluent VFA is 20.3mmol/L. After hydrolysis acidification process, B /C raises to about 0.63, determine the HRT of the hydrolysis acidification reactor is 16 hours. Hydrolysis acidification reactor dynamics analysis, according to the stable operation of the data obtained kinetic constants K, K value was found with HRT, MLSS, influent organic concentration.TSSBR reactors start successfully after 30 days’ domestication. Aration time, aeration and settling time and other operating parameters are tested, the results show that when the cycle time of SBR1 is 9.5 hours(water 10 min, aeration 8h, precipitation 1h, drained 20min), the cycle time of SBR2 is 7.5 hours(water 10 min, aeration 6h, sedimentation 1h, drained 20min). After the stable operation of the two-stage SBR system for COD and SS removal rate is relatively stable, COD removal rate is 97%, the effluent COD concentration dropped to about 150 mg / L, SS removal rate is about 93%, effluent SS concentration of 130mg/L for further coagulation tests remove excess suspension. Two ammonia removal in SBR system about 85%, TN removal rate around 35%. Nitrification in the system is large, most of the wastewater ammonia into nitrate conducive to plant root uptake. Examines the anti shock loading capability of the hydrolysis acidification and two stage SBR combined system. The result shows that combination system of wastewater treatment effect is stable, the stability of the hydrolysis acidification segment is slightly.TSSBR kinetic analysis shows that levels of organic matter in the sludge degradation reactions first order reaction, the experimental results agree with the theory, SBR1 reactor cattle waste water treatment, water reaction 5121.34mg/L when degradation rate constant ’1K is 0.206h-1,when SBR2 influent COD concentration is 780.15mg/L,the ’1K equals to 0.08h-1.
