At present our country smoker quantity is huge and the cigarette social demand is enormous, thus the smoke flavors with the social demand is also very huge. However, the emissions wastewater from the Tobacco flavor production process has polluted the environment seriously, the problem is not only beset the enterprise’s own self-image, but also the sustainable development. Therefore, in our country at this stage for such a high concentration, complex composition, color and toxic highly,and difficult to biochemical degradation and so on characteristics of wastewater to explore and optimize a practical purification technology has been imminent.This paper takes Jiangxi spice enterprise which produces tobacco flavor wastewater as the research object, mixing the production wastewater and domestic sewage diluted to a comprehensive wastewater, using integrated process of coagulation sedimentation+UASB+BIOFOR to deal with such comprehensive wastewater and successful discharge the standards emissions. Pilot studies and project to start and run results are as follows:(1) By coagulation slightly test of beaker to determine the best PAC dosage is9mg/L. Under this experimental condition the COD and SS elimination rate are approximately20%and45%. But during the coagulation sedimentation pond starting and running period, the actual quantity of coagulant dosing should be adjusted according to the situation of water quality and quantity. Not only like this has removed part COD and SS but also reduced the energy consumption and also for subsequent biochemical treatment process to create a good condition to start and run.(2) In the early start, UASB influent concentration and the amount of water should be according to the debugging mentality, COD concentration is about1000mg/L in the adaptation stage for the first time, then each upgrading water intake is about20%of the last time, each enhancing the concentration is about400mg/L, UASB anaerobic reactor start successfully after54days. And during the stable period, enters the water temperature to maintain about30℃, COD concentration is approximately2500mg/L, the effluent concentration can be maintained at around 400mg/L, the removal rate of up to85%.(3) The BIOFOR pond uses the stuffy insolation law to raise biomembrane. This law can complete the oxygen microorganism raised and the domestication after about three weeks. Normal operation, water CODcr and SS can reach the "Integrated Wasterwater Discharge Standard"(GB8978-1996) in the first level of emission standards.(4)Though21d debugging run to the typer of wasterwater treatment combining process, the Storage pool water is clear. The average inlet COD concentration reduced from6174mg/L to86mg/L, removal rate is98.6%; SS with an average concentration of water fall from1237mg/L to53mg/L, removal rate is95.7%. The analysis suggests that coagulation sedimentation pond play a major role in the removal rate of SS and has a certain effect in the COD removal rates. UASB anaerobic reactor in the overall removal efficiency of the COD accounted for72.2%, indicating that its operation will directly affect the success or failure of the entire treatment process, so it is key to this project debugging run. Although the BIOFOR biofilter only accounts for10%to the COD total elimination rate, but it is also a part of the whole process will be indispensable.The subject comes from actual project of Tobacco Flavor comprehensive wastewater treatment, Which has a highly targeted. The engineering practice proves that"coagulation sedimentation+UASB+BIOFOR" combined Process is an efficient, economical practical, easy to manage treatment technology of the typer wastewater. The results Propose the reasonable technology line and run experience for the type of wastewater, which has important guiding significance and promotional value.
