Shu-3 area is one of main light oil blocks in the Shu-guang oil production plant,Since 1975 to invest in developing, Because of Shallow reservoir cover and high mud content,a lot of wells shows sand production, Led to a lot of production wells injection wells shut down, Seriously restricted oil production and blocks the normal production rate of increase.Led to low recovery percent of Recoverable reserves. Especially with the production and injection wells patterns of continuous improvement, The entire region come into a large area water injection production, The contradictions are especially evident.The paper outlined reservoir characteristics of the Shu-3 areas,development Features,reservoir out of sands development conflict, And deep analysis the mechanism of the out of sands. On this basis, According to the reservoir characteristics of oil and water,sand Types the degree of sand and production conditions, Developed a matched technology with comprehensive sand control. The general idea is sand control as the main method,sand production as the aids, coupled with sand control and sand production, moderately desludge.To new wells,wells product muds,wells's sand particle size less than 0.05mm and total volume of less than 2 cubic meters of sand,products by Jet pump and long-plunger-resistant-sand pump. wells's sand particle size more than 0.05mm and total volume of more than 2 cubic meters of sands, wells with shot pump detection period,wells with oil reservoir poor growth,use fracturing sand-control technology.wells with casing damaged and deformaed use gravel pack sand control technology.To sand of horizontal wells use high-pressure packing technique in sand contol. Comprehensive application of various technologies can effectively alleviate the development conflicts Shu-3 aera sand, Improve the effect of block development. Field application shows that wells's pump detection periodh have been extend, production results have been improved with the matched technology with comprehensive sand control have been implemented.
