"Safety-Healthy-Environmental protection" is an important in today’s world of harmonious development. With the development of the industrial revolution, human in all aspects of security measures made it more and more. In china’s rapid economic take off at same time, the casualty accidents are also increasing, especially in coal mine safety accidents. However, in current coal mine safety accidents, accidents caused by the ventilation system has been high, where the number of casualties gas explosion, dust explosion, fire and other caused more than90%of the total number of casualties. The mine ventilation is not only the underground personnel respiration, diluting the harmful gas, regulating the underground climate effect at same time. So the safety of the ventilation system becomes self-evident.In this paper, the coal mine ventilation system is studied, and the safety evaluation was made. Due to the ventilation system is open system, with fuzziness, which involves many non-deterministic factors, all in this paper, based on the theory of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, the "man-machine-environment-management" rule of four indicators, establishing twenty-nine single factors index. According to the established index system to construct judgment matrix, eigenvalues and eigenvectors are computed using MATLAB, namely which the weight values of each factor. In order to ensure the weight value rationality and accuracy, which makes the evaluation results in line with reality, so that the weight values are corrected by entropy weight method. Through membership function corresponding index factor, to make the collection of the original data standardization, calculated values of comprehensive quantitative evaluation of mine ventilation system, the safety of the comprehensive evaluation mine ventilation system.On the basis of proposed comprehensive evaluation model in this paper, in Gaocheng coal min case, comprehensively evaluating the safety level of the coal mine ventilation system. Because of the geographical location, mining technology, ventilation are not the same, ventilation system weights of factors are different, only the reasonable distribution of each index weight value, to make the evaluation results of science. In modern coal mine safety management, scientific and reasonable system of management is good to reduce and control the accident, the production of an enterprise is important, but it must be carried out under the premise of safety, which do not pay attention to the construction of enterprise safety culture of enterprise is not far away. Under reasonable safety investment, safety in production can create more benefits. Due to limited experience and knowledge, there are many shortcomings which the establishment of the mathematical model of coal mine ventilation system safety assessment, this is just a simple study, hoping to help the safety construction of mine ventilation system, this paper chooses the methods to improve still has a lot of, still need to better improve.
