| A horizontal roadheader is part of part-face tunnelling machine,and it is the main direction of the roadheader development.Cutting head is the core part of roadheader's Work-Mechanism and the most complex part. Its performance affects the structural strength and service life of the roadheader directly. In order to design cutting head reasonably, the characteristic of dynamic load must be known . The characteristic of dynamic is evaluated through load spectrum, so it's necessary to study the load spectrum.The power spectrum is comparative accurate and strict statistical method of random load. The study of power spectrum has the reference value for the optimal design of cutting head.Based on the analysis of a single pick force, establishing loads model on a cutting head, simulating the load when cutting different hardness of coal and rock. Furthmore, making simulation analysis of the load when cutting coal and rock with different hardness and cutting parameters.Based on the load simulated, analysing roadheader's correlation analysis and spectral analysis when cutting coal and rock of different hardness with different cutting parameters.Through the analysis, we can get a conclution that we should chose corresponding machine to work according to different media when roadheader is working, which avoids the waste or deficiency of resources and ensures the related enterprises obtain the greatest conomic benefit. |
