Study On Soil Enviromental Management And Remediation Measure Of Contaminated Sites

Soil environmental management and remediation measure of contaminated sites is an important task in our country environmental protection, the study on which is also an important research content of National Twelfth Five-Year Plan of Environmental Protection.At present, overall situation of the pollution soil in contaminated sites is not optimistic. Soil pollution in some areas is serious. In the past few decades, objective management had not been achieved in soil environment of contaminated sites. Particular work targets in soil environmental management and remediation measure of contaminated sites were lacked. Study on remediation technology and evaluation methods was deficient. Meanwhile, the study to key tasks and supporting system is also urgent. Developed countries on DALY have been doing many studies on soil environmental management and remediation technology of contaminated sites, which will have significance for our country. Therefore, the study is of active realistic significance and profound historic significance on soil environmental management and remediation measure of contaminated sites.This paper relies on National Twelfth Five-Year Plan of Environmental Protection bidding subject. Soil environmental management and remediation measure of contaminated sites at home and abroad was studied in this dissertation in accordance with the basic idea National Twelfth Five-Year Plan of Environmental Protection, based on the principle of pertinence and maneuverability. This paper refers to the foreign soil environmental management and remediation of contaminated sites manuals and guidelines, such as Site remediation technologies: a reference manual (Canada), Guidance on the use of stabilistion/solidification for the treatment of contaminated soil ( America and Britain), Guidelines on Remediation of Contaminated Sites ( Danish) . The paper also makes use of some approaches of our country's specifications and guidelines, such as The Technical Specification for Environmental Site Investigation, Guidelines for Risk Assessment of Contaminated Sites, Guidelines for Soil Remediation of Contaminated Sites, Technical guidelines for environmental monitoring of sites, and so on.Through the methods of data collection and analysis, field investigation, model building, technical and economic analysis and evaluation so forth, some studies were made, such as foreign soil environmental management of contaminated sites policies, laws and regulations, system and standard analysis; the establishing of our country's contaminated sites type, characteristic and key regional distribution database; the situation and task analysis of our country's soil environmental management of contaminated sites; the evaluation of domestic and foreign soil environmental remediation technology of contaminated sites; the support system of our country's soil environmental management and remediation management of contaminated sites. Based on above analysis and studies, the experiences and lessons of foreign soil environmental management of contaminated sites were summed up. Our country's contaminated sites type, characteristic and key regional distribution were determined. The work target, stage index and assessment method of our country's soil environmental management of contaminated sites were proposed. Besides, the recommended technical directory suitable for China's actual situation, the key tasks and projects, support system suggests of soil environmental management of contaminated sites were also put forward.
