CNC machine tools with advanced manufacturing technology as the basic manufacturing equipment has been widely used in aerospace, aviation, energy, transportation and other fields. Its processing accuracy, efficiency and capability have a deep influence in the development of national economy and national defense construction. In recent years, the modern design concept CAD/CAE/CAM has been gradually adopted in the development of CNC machine tools in China, striving to master the accuracy and performance of machining as accurate as possible at the design stage, and the use of CAD technology has solved this problem:how to design products? But the analysis of product performance mainly depends on the CAE technology, at present; the analytic results of machine's static, dynamic and thermal features that result from the use of current CAE technology are quite different from the actual machine performance. The current study has confirmed that the reason that there is major difference between the CAE analysis results and the actual performance of CNC machine tools lies in the various machine joints, but the current characteristic study on the feature of machine junction is not very mature; CAE simulation analysis also mostly ignored the junction.As a complex mechanical and electrical integration product, besides the components of their own structure, the CNC machine tools also includes numerous joints, such as bed and the column joint, rail joint, bearing joint, and vertebral handle with handle Department, etc. The features of those junctions have a great impact on the machine tool characteristics; even these are greater than body parts constituting the machine itself. Because of the complex characteristics of the junction, the current mechanism of action for the binding mechanism is not very clear, and it also has not formed a unified and effective approach to study the junction. Therefore, the study of junction characteristics of CNC machine tools has become a design bottleneck.The subject of "CNC machine with surface characteristics and performance analysis" is the subproject of the special projects of major national science and technology "The high-end CNC machine tools and basic manufacturing equipment", which mainly studies the main junction's characteristics of the NC machine tool, establishes the parameter database for the main joint's characteristics of the NC machine tool, and provides parameter support for the overall performance. This thesis takes the series of VMC CNC machine tools provided by high-tech hospital in Beijing Electromechanical Co., Ltd as the object of study and has a research on the static and dynamic characteristics of spindle system. The paper firstly introduces the current system of CNC machine tool spindle characteristics of the situation, simplifies the structure of the CNC machine tool, and establishes the spindle bearing system dynamic model with the Ministry; then it analyzes factors of the Ministry of the spindle bearing characteristics of the system factors, designs and builds experimental units bearing junction, and by extraction experiments and data processing under the different factors bearing joint characteristic parameters of the characteristics of the machine provides the parameters; Besides, before the experiment the experimental use of ANSYS software and does not consider some parts of the VMC1700 junction processing center of the machine were static or modal analysis, for later comparison with the experimental data analysis to do to prepare.
