Aimed at widely used of injection molding machine in industry of plastic products, the energy-saving application of the valve-less hydraulic system in injection molding machine is analyzed. The valve-less hydraulic system is also called Driver Volume Control system, which is a hydraulic system that pump is directly driven by speed variable electromotor to control the hydraulic system. This is a new type hydraulic speed governor with frequency converter, asynchronous motor, fixed displacement pump or variable capacity pump. The most features of the hydraulic speed governor are to use alternating current machine instead of servo valve and combine the benefits of both hydraulic system and AC variable speed system and more environmentally friendly and economic.The main points of this paper are as follows:Chapter 1, summarize the injection molding technology, analyze the key technique of energy-saving in injection molding machine and the research status of the valve-less hydraulic system. Give the main points of this paper.Chapter 2, compare the motors and the pumps of the valve-less hydraulic system, analyze the principle of frequency conversion energy saving.Chapter 3, using the principle of vector control, make models of the asynchronous motor and the equivalent pump controlled cylinder.Chapter 4, simulation analysis. And the results show that pump-cylinder controlled by ac adjustable-speed motor is working well in controlling injection molding machine.Chapter 5, some conclusion and prospect.By analysis of the energy-saving application of the valve-less hydraulic system in injection molding machine, some valuable research findings are achieved, which can provide theoretical and practical instruction in the study of energy-saving application of the valve-less hydraulic system in injection molding machine.
