Oil field water injection is an indispensable measure to maintain formation pressure and increase crude oil production.It is an important link to ensure stable and high production of crude oil.China's oil field water injection technology is backward,the average injection efficiency is only 78%,which is far lower than 86% in developed countries,resulting in a huge waste of electricity.The main reason is that the water injection system in China's oil fields mostly uses control valves to adjust the water injection volume through throttling or reflux,which is inefficient,and at the same time increases the wear and tear of motor parts and reduces the service life.In addition,the control accuracy of the control valve is low,the anti-interference ability is poor,and the phenomenon of underinjection or overinjection is common,which seriously affects crude oil production.In order to improve the overall efficiency of oil field water injection,reduce the energy consumption of water injection and achieve the goal of energy saving and emission reduction,it is of great practical significance to study the fine control of oil field water injection.Based on the analysis of the current domestic and foreign oil field water injection control methods,combined with vector frequency conversion technology,this paper proposes an optimal control method of oil field water injection based on fuzzy PID control algorithm,and uses ARM controller to design the system.The specific research contents are as follows:Firstly,the working principle and load characteristics of centrifugal pump and reciprocating water injection pump are analyzed,and the design scheme of reducing the energy consumption of water injection motor by using vector frequency conversion technology is put forward.The design and Simulation of frequency conversion control system of water injection motor are completed,which verifies the feasibility of the design.Secondly,according to the actual demand of oil field water injection,the fuzzy PID water injection control algorithm is designed and simulated.By comparing with the traditional PID algorithm,it shows that the optimized water injection control algorithm based on the fuzzy PID has obvious advantages in overshoot,static error and adjustment speed.Thirdly,according to the overall structure of the hardware circuit,the hardware design of the water injection control system is completed,the frequency converter is selected,and the peripheral protection,filtering and control circuits of the frequency converter are designed.The ARM controller including 232,485 communication circuit,storage circuit,crystal oscillator circuit,power supply circuit and CAN bus circuit is designed.The selection methodof ARM controller chip and component parameters is given.Finally,according to the idea of modularization and the need of water injection control,the software program is designed and compiled,including the communication program with electrical equipment,the program of fuzzy PID arithmetic,and the filter program of denoising point data.In addition,the HITECH control screen is designed to display real-time working conditions,adjust parameters and alarm functions.Testing the actual energy-saving effect and water-injection effect of ARM variable frequency water injection system in oil field field field,after long-term testing and improving and optimizing the system,the system has realized the application in oil field injection allocation room,realized intelligent safe and reliable operation,achieved the goal of energy-saving and consumption-reducing while completing the task of water injection,improved the safety and economy of oil field water injection,and applied prospect Considerable.
