The modeling simulation of the hydraulic system in the injection moulding machine can not only predict the performance of the system, but also optimize and analyze the system. Because of the complexity of the hydraulic system, the traditional modeling and simulation using differential equations and difference equations is difficult, with unsatisfactory results. How to model the system accurately and effectively is the key of the research.Based on AMESim simulation platform, the components of the hydraulic system is modeled firstly. Then the simulation system is built, and an experiment is designed for verifying it. Finally, ensuring the model with high accuracy, a correction method is proposed. The main researched contents are as follows:ⅰ) After analysing the composition of the hydraulic system in injection moulding machine,injection operating cycle, working principle and its characteristic, simulation software—AMESim is chosed; this paper explaided the modeling methed and steps of the hydraulic system, and through an example, showed the mathematical model of submodels in the modeling steps.ⅱ) The characteristic of basic and non-basic components of hydraulic system in AMESim is analyzed; after showing how to modeling the non-basic components, using HCD, three methods is proposed to validate the modeling; the simulation model of a hydraulic cylinder is built, and through comparison with one in the hydraulic library of the software, the result showed that the accuracy of the model is high; using HCD, the simulation models of the important components in hydraulic system is modeled, such as two positon three-way hydraulic valve, pump source, hydraulic cylinder; and an experiment of hydraulic cylinder is designed to verify its properties.ⅲ) Ensuring the accuracy of the simulation, based on batching, the unknown parameters of the simulation system is analysed and set:ones whose impact on the system is smaller take experience estimate or software defaults; and the others take intermediate values of reference range. ⅳ) An experiment is designed to validate and amend simulation system; the data ollection procedures is written based on LabVIEW; through comparison the simulation ata with the experiment data, the results showed that the simulation system is not very (?)recise, so a method of the unknown important parameters identification based on the (?)ptimization function of AMESim is presented, and the simulation model is amended; (?)ased on 3ds Max, the animation of injection moulding machine is made, intuitively howing the action of injection moulding machine.In conclusion, based on AMESim,this paper established a simulation model of (?)ydraulic system of injection moulding machine, and puts forward a correction method; n addition, the model of the components of hydraulic system in the article is versatile nd reusable; Moreover, the proposed three methods to verificate the component imulation model, is useful to the similar research.
