A Study Of The Real Estate Project's Enviromental Impact Assessment On Technology And Practice

Since our country do not have the relevant technical specifications of the real estate project,the EIA of this type can't interpret the key and important pollution problems and get theaccurate results after predicting the influence of inner and outer environment totally. So studyand regulate the key technical points and methods of environmental impact assessment in thereal estate project has important significance to enhance the quality of environmental impactassessment.This paper takes The First Period in Chuang Yiyuan Project of Wuhan University as anexample to carry on research of the real estate environmental impact assessment. First, it willintroduce The First Period Project in Chuang Yiyuan of Wuhan University circumstance, andcarry on the analysis to the project circumstance, announcing to public the special andcomplexities that the real estate item environment influence, then respectively start constructionand usage stage of this item's environment influence carried on detailed analysis and estimate.At last this paper summarizes the EIAof the real estate project and puts forward the solutions.
