Research On Security Control Of Real Estate Development Project Based On Dual Constraints Of Goal And Path

With the development and progress of the society,production safety has been highly valued by all sectors of the society.Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping has paid unprecedented attention to production safety.Safety is the most basic and important demand of human beings.This must be a red line.In recent years,China’s work safety situation has continued to improve steadily.However,we should also see that in the face of the continuous improvement of the development scale of the real estate industry,production safety accidents occur frequently,and the aging phenomenon of migrant workers in the construction industry,the production safety situation is still grim.Through to the real estate project development process of the construction unit and construction unit,supervision unit and other contractors management goal and the analysis of the management measures,to refine the cooperated-builing parties for project safety management,the focus of the management force,establish and improve the safety management system of real estate project,reduce the incidence of construction field safety accidents,improve the accident emergency rescue capabilities.In this paper,through literature research,systems analysis,case study research methods such as from the construction safety accident in the field of type characteristics and common security management of real estate development project is two dimensional analysis of the present status of safety control of real estate development project,from project management objectives and management path the Angle of the two constraints,respectively,analyzes its influence on project safety management,and finally puts forward the real estate development project is based on the goal and path under the double constraints of safety control measures,to achieve effective security control of real estate development project,Should set up the reasonable construction time limit for a project,application process with measures,to adopt new technology new technology macroscopic management measures,such as cost,quality goals,organic combination of safety goals,schedule,and daily safety management of the projects,from design,bidding,construction phase of the safety management measures are put forward,the goal and the responsibility to comb through organizational structure construction and safety,safety regulation,safety education and training,hazard identification and control of10 safety management behavior cooperated-builing parties to join each other management content,thus formed the target and the path under the double constraints of real estate development project safety control measures.
