| The phenomenon occured frequently that the impurity mixture such as paraffin wax,colloid and pour-point oil deposited on the inwall of the pipeline when the high waxy crude oil was transported,because of the annual temperature was lower in north China.Not only it decreased the effective diameter of the pipeline,also reduced the piping transmission capacity and lost the liquidiy of crude oil in seriously. Thus pipeline was condensed,increased the production cost and affected the production safety.Pig has become the main tool for cleaning pipelines at present.The method for cleaning pipelines that was mechanical form by using its scraper and steel brush.There was a such wide gap in practical requirement between the performance of pig and pigging results that blocked the pipeline because of its problem sometimes.Consequently,the research of multifunctional pig for oil pipeline that had an extremely important role in improving economic and social benefits.The research and design of multifunctional pig for oil pipeline was performed in this paper which had made remarkable progress in function and structure.In the function,the head of pig was heated by the heating system so that the paraffin wax on the inwall was soften by the high temperature,thus the efficiency of pig was improved.The basic configuration,working principle of heating system,operation principle of impeller,generator,battery,rectifier and inverter etc were discussed in the paper.Through the utilization of the finite element method,the thermal field of heating system was analyzed and simulatedThe best frequency was selected in the emission and location system.In the structure,through the utilization of UG NX software to design the whole structure of the pig,and Mainly proposed three-dimensional modeling method for designing impeller of the pig.Finally,all of parts of the multifunctional pig for oil pipeline were assembled by UG NX software. |
