Construction Waste refers to the slag, slurry, remaining mud and other wastes, which created by the department of construction or individual during constructing, demolition, restoring and decorating the buildings. In recent year, by the developing pace of our cities speeding up and Construction Industry progressing fast, lots of the construction wastes are created when restoring or building construction. Nowadays, the main methods to solve these construction wastes are stacking up in the open air or filling in the land. These methods have great damage, such as doing harm to the soil, water, rivers and something being closely linked with our environment. We should notice that during the process to solve the construction wastes, it is inevitable to leave some drop wastes and dirt which would also pollute the environment. From what we have discussed above, the methods like simply filling in the land or stacking up in the open air have huge hazard. In fact, the construction wastes have potential value, for example:some part of the wastes usually built by the building blocks with some strength; the cement or concrete parts in the wastes may have unhydrated gelling activity part. Therefore, to find the efficiency way to use the construction wastes has great significance.This paper research different kinds of construction waste powder using as admixture, study the influence of the martor sample by test its strength. Excited the activity of construction waste powder by physics and chemical ways. Found the effect of these exciting ways by test the strength of the 3d and 28d of the sample, using exciting index to compare the effect. Using modern technological measures such as XRD to test the sample. To verify or illuminate the mechanism.Research the ability and technology way of using construction waste to make recycled blocks. Some main conclusions can be considerated as follows:Block waste powder's activity is wake, we could active it with many different ways. The alkali exciting agents of Ca(OH)2,NaOH,Na2CO3,Na2SiO3·9H2O could exciting the activity of block powder.Na2SiO3·9H2O has the best exciting effect of the four kinds of agents and with a best saturation. CaSO4 is better than CaCl2. Ca(OH)2+CaSO4 is better than Na2CO3+CaSO4. Ca(OH)2+CaSO4 has the best effect of all these chemal ways.The strength of the sample grows as the increase of abrasion time, but when abrasion time is more than 40min,the growth rate slow down.Concrete waste powder could increase the strength of the sample when its quantity under 20%,or it will reduce the strength as the quantity grows. Ca(OH)2,NaOH,Na2CO3,Na2SiO3·9H2O could active the powder in a certain rate. Ca(OH)2 has the best effect. CaSO4 is better than CaCl2. NaOH+CaSO4 is better than Na2SiO3·9H2O+CaSO4. As 28d strength of samples grows. Ca(OH)2 has the best effect of all these chemal ways.The strength of the sample grows as the increase of abrasion time, but when abrasion time is more than 40min,the growth rate slow down.Cement replaced by certain level construction waste powder could produce concrete block with the strength level above cc30.And the block could meet the rules of JC/T44L-2000.We should pay attention to the incorporation of the construction waste powder, or it will influence the durability and cold hardiness. This kind of block with high repayment rates and high performance, fully conformed to national industrial policies, and with clearly social, economic and environmental benefits.
