A Study On Resource Recycle Of Construction Waste In Xi'an

In recent years,the national economy develops rapidly,and the new-type urbanization construction has brought a rapid development of construction industry.In recent years,about 1.3 billion tons of construction waste was produced in the whole country,and it is increasing year by year.Enormous construction waste generated a tremendous treat to the sustainable development of China's economy and the construction of environmental friendly society.Therefore,strengthening the research on resource recycle of construction waste is the main trend in China,and at the same time,it is not only an inevitable requirement of realizing sustainable development strategy but also fundamental way of solving the problem of huge construction waste in China.Currently,the annual output of construction waste in Xi'an continues to grow,and it is estimated that it will be more than 55 million tons of construction waste in this year,while the annual processing capacity of construction waste recycled enterprises in Xi'an is 4 million tons,so it cannot solve the needs of urban construction and development.Through interviewing the administrative office of construction waste subordinated to Xi'an Urban Authority and visiting the recycling enterprises of construction waste,this thesis analyzes the status and major problems in terms of construction waste resource recycle in Xi'an,aiming at improving the handling ways of construction waste in Xi'an,perfecting the management measures for the construction waste in Xi'an,improving the phenomenon of “junk surrounding the city”,and promoting the resource recycle of construction waste in Xi'an,so as to realize its modernization target of efficient operation,beautiful environment and reasonable structure,promote the healthy development of the economy and society in Xi'an,and realize a coordinating and unifying development of construction waste resource recycle and urban healthy development.Starting from the viewpoint of the theory of circular economy and clean production,this thesis adopts literature research and analysis,investigation and interview to systematically investigate and analyze the status and problems of construction waste resource recycle in Xi'an,sorts out the basic concepts and relevant theories of construction waste,and learns from the advanced experience at home and abroad.At the same time,in view of the problems existing in the resource recycle of construction waste resource in Xi'an,it puts forward a series of suggestions,such as perfecting related policies and regulations,strengthening the comprehensive management of construction waste,increasing the support for recycled enterprises of construction waste and enhancing the function of civic publicity and education and industry associations and so on,in order to put forward its own opinions for promoting the healthy and orderly development of construction waste resource recycle in Xi'an.
