Based on current international energy prices as a background, based on synthetic ammonia plant of lanzhou petrochemical company methanol wash process energy saving transformation, as an opportunity to realize the energy consumption and reduce unit production costs and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises for the purpose, using process system energy integration technology, puts forward the reconstruction plan of synthesis device and work mainly in the following aspects:1. Using pinch technology, analyzed the current problems existing in the ammonia plant, from essentially find energy-using out unreasonable reasons。2. Low-temperature methanol wash system of thermodynamics analysis, find out the original currently in energy consumption in ammonia the deficiencies and energy saving potential synthetic ammonia plant, puts forward the low-temperature methanol wash system flow energy saving renovation scheme and the modification paraineter。3.
