As an energy consuming unit in the process of synthesizing ammonia,the energy consumption level of ammonia synthesis device has a vital influence on the energy consumption level and economic benefits of enterprises.Each ammonia synthesis device uses different process package manufacturers,including different raw material gas components,energy consumption indicators and operation conditions are also different.Based on the transformation of energy saving and increasing production technology of the 45.80 ammonia synthesis device in xinlian Xin of Henan province,this paper,based on the problems existing in the operation of ammonia synthesis device,calibrates the valves and process parameters of various equipments in the current flow of the device.At the same time,through the method of splicing technology and ASPEN process simulation,the bottleneck that affects the energy conservation and increase production of the device is explored and relevant solutions are put forward,so as to make its own contribution to the research on energy conservation and emission reduction of the enterprise.Through the study of ammonia synthesis loop and its internals,it is found that there is still room for energy saving and consumption reduction in ammonia synthesis loop.There are also some problems in the existing ammonia synthesis tower internals,such as large resistance,unreasonable bottom heat exchanger and so on.The corresponding solutions are put forward.The synthesis loop increases the boiler feed water preheater and replaces the internals of the synthesis tower.Due to the long period of replacing the inner parts of the synthesis tower,the increase of the boiler feed water preheater can be implemented in a relatively short time.Therefore,the research plan is to be implemented in two steps.The first step is to reform the ammonia synthesis circuit and increase the boiler feed water preheater.On the one hand,to verify the partial effect of the scheme,to achieve the goal of energy-saving and output-increasing transformation,and at the same time,to prepare for the next transformation of the inner parts of the synthesis tower.By comparing the operation data of the ammonia synthesis unit before and after the revamping,the byproduct of the ammonia synthesis unit was increased by 5 t/h,and the expected effect was achieved.It shows that the transformation scheme is reasonable and feasible,which provides a basis for the next internals transformation and further energy saving and production increase.
