Combining with engineering practice of test stope in Xinjiang Kalatongke copper mine, the damage of the rock and filling under the load of deep-hole blasting, and the impact of blasting vibration on the structure were studied on the basis of the application of mining environment reconstruction by continuous mining and afterwards backfilling mining method. In connection with the disaster effects of blasting vibration, deep-hole blasting vibration of test ore block in Kalatongke copper mine was monitored, and velocity attenuation law for blasting vibration was proposed, and the monitoring results were validated by the use of numerical simulation. In order to ensure the efficiency and safety during mining, control measures of blasting dynamic loads on the reconstructive mining environment were proposed through the simulation research of the effect factors on blast action. The main research contents and achievements in the paper are as follows:(1)Through on-site monitoring test of blasting vibration, velocity attenuation equation for stope blasting vibration was established by the use of regression analysis method, which can provide a reference to determine the initiation dose of the maximum segment.(2)Numerical simulation analysis of the mechanical response of rock and backfill under the impact of blasting dynamic loads in the test ore block was carried out by the application of LS-DYNA, and dynamic influence of blasting dynamic loads on reconstructive artificial structure was analyzed in contrast to the measured data.(3)Through numerical simulation, the time curves and characteristics of particle vibration velocity of structure, element stress and strain under in different blasting ways were analyzed.(4) Safety criteria for blasting vibration fit for the actual situation of Kalatongke copper mine was raised.(5) By analyzing the main effect factors of blast load on the reconstructive mining environment, engineering measures and methods of controlling the impact of blasting load on the reconstructive mining environment by optimizing the blasting parameters were proposed.
