One of the quality targets of strip production is the accuracy of the strip gauge. It has been improved with the development of rolling and control theory and its application. At the same time,there are a lot of questions to solve. This article's based on 300 reverse cold rolling mill in Yanshan University. After analyzed the theory of control system,the article stressed on the mass flow AGC system and analyze some key questions how to use on 300 reverse cold rolling mill and do a lot of experience on 300 reverse cold rolling mill,which is important for us to go on the future stydy.Though the original theory of mass flow AGC system was good ,my own design scheme is made .At first, the article analyzes the principle and how to realize the control and how to use on of 300 reverse cold rolling mil.The author does a lot of experience after completing the system aiming to mass flow AGC system on 300 reverse cold rolling mill and correct and improve the system.At the same time ,with the further study of rolling force closed circuit control and roll position closed circuit control,the author contrast the mass flow AGC system with the original AGC system on 300 reverse cold rolling mill and make a conclusion that the mass flow AGC system is effective in practice.
