This article is Research on the autonomy of the key parts of LW600 horizontal sedimentation,centrifuge.on adjust the viscosity mud equipment,used to replace foreign products,the target is to satisfy the need of domestic oil industry,reduce production cost of oil industry.The core of LW600 type centrifuge parts have three parts,respectively is:prepellersdrum and differential.This paper firstly design as roller length-diameter ratio production capacity separationfactorparameters,determine the technical parameters of the roller indicators,then check the strength and fatigue strength of the roller,makedetailed scheme of the processing methods of the roller;then surveying and mapping the size of the prapellers,design the technical parameters of the prapellers after data processing;the part of differential,first,calculate the reduction tatio,on the basis of the parts of differential's running envioronment simulate,choose the right materials,determine the precessing technical requirement of the parts of the differdential,then use 3D drawing softare Solid Works modeling planet gear & sun gear & ring gear and gear disk and so on,and assembly all the 3D model.Based on the characteristics of China's industry,choose suiting own processing mode,formulate corresponding localization goals.Guided by localization goals,after continuous production experiment,in the process of production improve each component production processing mode,finishing comprehensive centrifuge equipment parts drawing,produced LW600 type centrifuge prototype,and production practiced,made a very good market benefit.
