The Application Of PLC In The Oil Production Of The Joint Station

With industrial development, programmable logic controllers in industrial automation plays an important role, it not only significantly reduce the labor intensity of the line and on-site management more difficult, to enhance the safety factor, reflects the principle of people-oriented, but also the oil industrylevel of automation to achieve a new starting point, the production and management become more standardized and scientific.In short, the programmable controller is designed for industrial environment applications, design and manufacture of computers.It has a wealth of input / output interface, and has a strong drive capability.Since the programmable controller products are not for a specific industrial applications, but can be common in various industrial fields.So in practical applications, hardware selection should be based on actual needs configuration, software prepared in accordance with the design control requirements.This paper, based on Oil Production Plant of Shengli Oilfield isolated island stations in six joint automation project, the joint station with the oil process and control PLC control system processes and characteristics identified in this oil on the basis of joint control of the station monitoring system requirements , Design principles and overall design and implementation as well as between the PLC and WinCC communication between multiple PLC. Union Oil Monitoring System stations are divided into hardware and software design in two parts. The hardware design including the selection of the appropriate type of PLC, and various detection sensors, software design is mainly the use of STEP7, PID control algorithm with software programming, and select the WinCC monitor interface design. Communication between the PLC and WinCC introduces the configuration of the hardware parameters; communication between multiple PLC introduces how to select the appropriate communication protocol requirements.
