On The Construction Of Ecological Economy And Ecological Civilization

By now, man has deeply recognized the importance of a balanced relationship between the development of economic society and ecological environment. So how to keep a benign development between them is the most urgent thing. The report of the 17th National Congress of the CPC noted that the ecological civilization is a harmonious development between human and nature, human and various aspects of the society, and a scientific development in every aspect. Ecological economy is an important part and a material foundation of ecological civilization, which is a precondition for guiding the development of eco-economy and an advanced ecological civilization.Ecological economy is a new pattern economy which based on the consideration of the improvement of the man and nature respectively. It is environment-friendly economy which excels the agricultural economy and industrial economy. It is also a sustainable economical development which includes the green economy, the eco-efficient economy, and the low-carbon economy etc. Ecological civilization contains the three standards of civilization, that of product and production development, of affluent life and of sound ecological environment. It is an advanced civilization which introspects on the agricultural and industrial civilization. It is also a deepened understanding on human civilization which based on the comprehensive consideration of material civilization, spiritual civilization and political civilization. Because the ecological economy coexists with the ecological civilization and promotes each other, it is a wise move toward achieving the harmonious economic, social and ecological benefits.The construction of the ecological economy and ecological civilization has a rich theoretical reference home and abroad which has provided abundant academic resources and laid a solid foundation for the study, such as the ancient Chinese traditional thoughts, the theories of Marx and Engels and the postmodern ideological trend. In this thesis, a realistic approach is summarized theoretically on constructing the ecological economy and civilization and the research is elaborated on the view of nature, values, ethics, science and technology and innovation.Under the guidance of scientific concept of development, the construction of Eco-economy and ecological civilization is a comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development which concerning the human being, society and nature. The construction does not ignore the law of nature nor stagnate economic development in protecting environment, whose objective is to come to a win-win situation for a sustainable development of human society.
