The length of Sue Cuo oil pipeline is 87Km, the diameter is D219 x 5.6 mm, and in 2009 September formally put into production operation, it is an important project of hulunbuir oilfield to enhance oil transportation capacity. Sue Cuo oil pipeline has three oil transport stations in common, they are respectively Su-Yi first station, Zhong-Er second station and Cuo oil transfusion master station, the design throughput of pipeline from 5.3 to 105 million tons/year, the design out-station temperature is 70℃, the designed in-station pressure is 0.2 MPa. Due to the portuction time is short, the operation experience is insufficient, that cause the operation consumption expenses on the high side. Therefore, in order to reduce the operating energy consumption, reduce the management cost and improve the economic benefit. Begin to Sue Cuo oil pipeline optimizing operation process technology research has the vital significance.According to the situation of research on the scene, collects the data which reseach needs, establish hydraulic and thermodynamic calculation model, and according to the theory of optimization least squares fitting to amended the hydraulic and thermodynamic calculation model. Reduced the relative error of theoretical calculation and recorded scene data, and improve the calculation accuracy.With the production operation consumption cost target of minimizing, establish Sue Cuo oil pipeline operation optimization mathematical model, with all out-station temperature and pressure of the whole pipeline for decision variables, with all in-station temperature and pressure and equipment work load as constraint conditions. In the model, all out-station temperature along the stations belong to continuous variables, the pressure provided by different pump combination belong to discrete variables. Therefore, the optimization problem belongs to the mixed-discrete variable nonlinear optimization problems. According to the structure characteristics of the model, using two-level hierarchical optimization algorithm to solve.On the basis of theoretical calculation, use c + + Builder 6.0 development platform to compile the production operation project optimization of Su Cuo oil pipeline program. The simulation and optimization calculation for Sue Cuo oil pipeline are conducted. The calculation results are given, and the changing curves of all out-station temperature and pressure are drawed, draw out the energy consumption changing curves of optimal project under different throughput annual. To reduce the operating energy consumption, save the operation cost and increase economic benefits provide strong theoretical basis.
