Daqing-Harbin long buried oil pipeline is in the responsibility of transporting crude oil from Daqing to Harbin refinery. The length of which is 182.8km, the diameter isф377×6.4mm, the burial depth is 1.5m, the design throughput is 2~3 million tons per year and in form of being heated. According to the actual operating condition, the operating scheduling scheme of the pipeline was made in experience, which resulted in a huge waste of fuel energy and electrical energy. In order to improve the economic benefit and reduce the system energy costs, it is of great practical significance to do research on scheduling scheme optimization.According to the actual operating characteristics, the thermal and hydraulic and energy consumption analysis calculation models of Daqing-Harbin oil pipeline was established. In order to reduce the error between theoretical calculation and the actual data, the overall heat transfer coefficient and hydraulic friction correction coefficient of the pipeline were fitted based on least-square method, which effectively improve the accuracy of the calculation method.The production operating scheduling scheme optimization mathematical model of Daqing-Harbin oil pipeline was established, taking the minimal total energy consumption costs as the objective function, taking the out-station temperature of each station and pump combination as the decision variable and taking inlet temperature, out-station temperature, flow rate, furnace heat load, pump unit performance etc as the constraints. The model was an optimal design problem contains discrete variable and continuous variable.According to the model features, we used dynamic programming to solve the problem.Based on the theoretical study, using C++Builder 6.0 software platform, the Daqing-Harbin oil pipeline operating simulation and scheduling scheme optimization software was programmed. On the functions of data processing and graphic modeling, the software can conduct simulating calculation of pipeline process and make optimal selection from different operation schemes on basis of various evaluation criterias. The annual production operating optimal scheduling scheme of Daqing-Harbin oil pipeline was made by the software, compared with the data preoptimization, the annual total costs can be reduced more than 5 million yuan, which had good economic benefit.
